Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a Limino account or using the Limino platform you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
Limino is a course-delivery platform that enables therapists and coaches (“therapists”) to create, manage, and deliver educational programs to their clients (“clients”). We provide the technical platform; therapists are responsible for the content they publish and the relationships they maintain with their clients.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Therapist accounts require approval. We may reject or revoke approval at our discretion.
4. Therapist Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for all content you create and deliver through Limino, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.
- You must obtain all required consents from your clients before collecting or processing their personal data through our platform.
- You must not use Limino to provide medical advice or treatment regulated by applicable law unless you hold the required professional qualifications and comply with relevant regulations.
- You are responsible for your clients’ access to your courses and for managing client relationships.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user’s data.
- Use the platform to deliver harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or payment requirements.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the platform or its AI features.
6. Subscription and Billing
Therapist accounts operate on a subscription basis. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current period; no pro-rata refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.
Trial accounts are subject to feature limits (AI usage caps, enrolment limits) described in the product interface.
7. AI Features
Limino uses AI models from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Google Gemini) to power course generation and AI lesson conversations. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for clinical use. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before delivering it to clients.
AI usage is metered. Exceeding your plan’s AI budget will suspend AI features until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create on Limino. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and deliver that content as necessary to operate the platform.
The Limino platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law.
9. Data and Privacy
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. For therapists acting as data controllers under GDPR, a Data Processing Agreement is available on request at privacy@limino.app.
10. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limino is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
